Sintering granule is imported from France and made by 800 degree high temperature calcinations 8 times. It go through the Acidic and alkaline process to create a long lasting & consistent color. - Crude Modified Asphalt
The raw material of high-quality modified asphalt makes SEETON asphalts shingle more stable and solve the problems like flowing in high temperature and crack in low temperature. - Adhesive Asphalt
Strong heat resistance adhesive tape to withhold in high temperature. - Fiberglass Melt
The quality of fiberglass melt determines the lifetime, crack resistance, waterproof performance and nails’ durability of shingles. It provides good flexibility and can get flat again quickly after rolled up. The longitudinal and transverse tension of them reaches the ASTM D 3462.
- Back Sand
Triangular coarse sand which achieves better roof effect than normal sand.
Installation :
- Materials deliver to site after order received.
- Material Hoisting.
- Material Isolation.
- Plywood Installation:
- plywood laid staggered.
- allow 3mm gaps for expansion/contraction.
- allow 75mm gap along the ridge for ventilation purpose.
- Underlayment Felt:
- overlapped from left to right, bottom up, overlapping on sides and succeeding laps.
- Metal Drip Capping:
- applied along the perimeter of the roof protecting the plywood.
- Starter course:
- laid along the eaves only over the metal drip edge.
- Asphalt Shingle:
- overlapping 60% of each piece.
- Valley underlay / GI valley tray, then cover over with shingles.
- Hip Capping.
- Ridge Capping + Ventilator.
- Wall Flashing + Counter Flashing.
- Concealed Vent Pipe Flashing.
